Lead ServiceNow Engineer (WSD) Description
We are actively seeking a talented Lead ServiceNow Engineer with Workplace Service Delivery experience to join our experienced core implementation team.
This role offers the perfect opportunity for strategic thinkers with substantial ServiceNow experience who are prepared to spearhead the global deployment of ServiceNow from the ground up across our organization. This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead the global deployment of ServiceNow across the organization
- Work extensively with various modules, including but not limited to ITSM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, Event Management, HRSD, WSD, GRC and Integrations
- Take charge of building ServiceNow integrations with leading enterprise platforms such as OKTA SSO, Salesforce and SAP
- Ensure platform consistency and integrity Manage platform updates and patch applications
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and other vendors to deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions
Requirements
- Solid experience in ServiceNow WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) Module implementation (minimum 6 months required)
- Expertise in ServiceNow implementation across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, WSD, and HRSD
- Consultative approach with proficiency in ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Proven presentation skills and ability to engage stakeholders across business and engineering teams
- Strong capability to work autonomously and self-manage
