ServiceNow Developer Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to be part of our team.
In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the applications within our ServiceNow enterprise instances. You will be solving complex issues, testing new capabilities, and ensuring system compliance through regular upgrades and updates.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the support queue and ensure prompt responses to incidents
- Conduct tests on new upgrades and features for the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and solve operational issues
- Address and resolve vulnerabilities within the system
- Regularly update plugins, patches, and systems for enhancements
- Partner with a community of global engineers
- Develop and implement comprehensive documentation for users and admins, documenting ServiceNow’s best practices, standards and guidelines for configuration, customizations, and maintenance
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow operations or a similar role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including the configuration and maintenance of modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting ServiceNow workflows, business rules, SLAs, and notifications
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with external systems and tools using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with the ability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously
- Familiarity with development languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS, PowerShell, and Shell Commands
- English B2 and above
