Senior Functional Consultant (GRC) Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant (GRC) to join our dynamic team to support the implementation of SAP S/4Hana.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with SAP ERP systems and possess deep knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes in conjunction with S/4Hana. This role will be based in either the EU, USA, India or Belarus.

Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and guidance in GRC for the SAP S/4Hana implementation
- Collaborate effectively with project team members to meet goals and deadlines
- Develop and document functional requirements, and perform gap analyses
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards throughout the project
- Formulate testing strategies and oversee the execution of testing activities
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide training to both the project team and end-users
- Support change management activities within the GRC domain
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP ERP, including at least 2 years as a Senior Functional Consultant (GRC)
- Proficiency in communicating effectively and ability to work well within a team setting
- Fluency in English, with a minimum proficiency of B2+
- Background in developing and managing functional requirements for SAP S/4Hana
- Skills in developing testing strategies and conducting detailed gap analyses
- Understanding of industry compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Flexibility to occasionally work from an office location
