We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to oversee the successful execution of product and project deliverables for our customers. This position requires time shift availability for offshore locations until 3 pm EST.

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand the context of features to effectively break down, create, and refine user stories with development team members, articulating functional and non-functional requirements and user story acceptance criteria
- Facilitate team ceremonies, including development team backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and system demos
- Lead and ensure the successful delivery of products on time, within budget, and meeting the quality standards set by the Product Management team
- Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders effectively, managing expectations and aligning with organizational goals
- Support change management by providing necessary context and information during shifts in project direction
- Validate and accept the team’s work, ensuring all artifacts meet the User Story Acceptance Criteria for feature acceptance
- Prioritize development team commitments, incorporating product feedback to maximize return on investment
- Identify, communicate, and escalate risks and impediments with urgency, developing solutions to ensure timely deliverables
- Swiftly address dependencies and blockers to maintain project momentum
- Generate regular reports on project status, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommended actions
- Lead teams without formal authority, ensuring accountability and meeting deadlines in a collaborative manner
- Establish, maintain, and enforce effective ways of working within the team
- Maintain tool hygiene to accurately represent team work, including User Story creation, team backlogs, and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or in similar roles
- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams or high-impact projects
- Participation in at least 8 projects or launching 2+ products or key product capabilities to the market, including post-launch maintenance and customer support
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in managing or collaborating with fully remote teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and formulating effective solutions
- Advanced level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Nice to have
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence
- Background in customer experience enhancement or customer journey mapping
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies in product management
