Senior Data Analyst Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team to analyze incident management data of a physical security, and provide insights and recommendations to help the client streamline the security incident management process and indicate what types of incidents and locations that occur most frequently.
With a hybrid work model, you may enjoy the flexibility of working three days per week from the client’s office in Wroclaw, Krakow, or Gdansk.

Responsibilities
- Get used to the client’s internal services and tools
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs, consult them and perform data research
- Investigate the incident management data - current and historical
- Analyze trends and patterns and provide insights on
- - Trends over time (daily, weekly, monthly, early)
- - Types of incidents that are most common
- - Distribution of incidents across different locations etc
- Analyze efficiency of teams which respond to incidents
- Define and implement additional data analysis that might help to identify gaps in physical security
- Present recommendations based on identified trends, gaps, response efficiency, and etc
- Develop, maintain and present various data artifacts with the results of the research
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL
- Proven expertise with at least 2 years in data analysis
- Expertise in Business Intelligence report development
- Knowledge of statistical data modeling
- Clear and unambiguous technical writing skills
- Working experience with data from one of major security incident software (e.g. HSI, Risk360, etc.)
- Good communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
- English: B2+
Nice to have
- Experience in programming and scripting languages such as Python
- Physical security business domain
- Jupyter notebook
