We seek a Lead .NET Developer to join our highly regarded digital transformation team at EPAM.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient code across various projects
  • Identify and resolve software issues throughout the development lifecycle
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers, emphasizing best practices in .NET development
  • Enhance application performance focusing on speed and scalability
  • Uphold high standards for security and data protection

Requirements

  • Proficiency in .NET development with C#, backed by at least 5 years of experience
  • Expertise in key .NET areas such as ASP.NET or WPF
  • Solid background in system design, architecture, and architectural patterns
  • Competent understanding of computer science fundamentals, including clean code and design patterns
  • Familiarity with the SDLC and its tools like code reviews and distributed version control systems
  • Skills in CI/CD and DevOps with tools such as TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, or Jenkins
  • Experience in agile development settings, using Scrum or Kanban with tools like JIRA or Trello
  • Knowledge of cloud services from providers like Azure or AWS
  • Effective communication skills in English, with at least a B2 level proficiency
