We are looking for a Senior/Lead UI Designer to join our team in Hungary.

Responsibilities
- Responsive Design experience, working with Design System
- Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce the brand’s style and voice through its visual touchpoints
- Designing flows and applying new UI and make those Agile Delivery ready
- Working with BAs, POs and UX designers to create a new Web experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer
- UI design portfolio
- Adaptability
- Communication, collaboration, and teamwork
- Problem-solving
- Design thinking
- A user-centric mindset
- Attention to detail
- Creative and analytical approach
- Understanding of interaction design principles
- Proficiency in industry tools such as XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Azure RP
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
