Responsibilities
- Analyze the current data landscape and map existing data capabilities, processes, and technology
- Capture business challenges and requirements to understand the current state of marketing campaigns
- Assess current processes and technology landscapes, including source systems, reporting applications, and data domains
- Design a high-level future state architecture to support marketing campaign optimization
- Build a feature backlog of prioritized use cases for future state design
- Identify the scope for MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and outline the team composition required for successful implementation
- Define the high-level future state architecture and data flow to enhance "Next Best Action (NBA)" strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis and mapping of current data capabilities
- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, particularly "Next Best Action (NBA)" strategies
- Experience with assessing current state processes and technology landscapes
- Ability to capture and translate business challenges and requirements into actionable insights
- Familiarity with defining future state architectures and designing data flows
Nice to have
- Experience in building feature backlogs and prioritizing use cases
- Knowledge of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) scoping and team composition
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
