We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in C++, network protocols, and Linux to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, with a strong background in enterprise networking appliances and networking security products, particularly in SSL-VPN, NAC, WAF, or Firewall products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to developing cutting-edge networking solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software for enterprise networking appliances
- Contribute to the design and implementation of networking security products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of networking solutions
- Participate in the testing and validation of networking protocols and security features
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues
- Stay updated with the latest developments in networking technologies and security best practices
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software, system, or test engineering
- Proven hands-on experience with enterprise networking appliances and networking security products
- Expertise in C++ and strong familiarity with Linux user space
- Proficient in network programming, including DHCP, TCP/IP, AAA, RADIUS, LDAP, SNMP, 802.1X, and IPSec
- Experience in enterprise Linux environments
- Solid understanding of network protocols and networking security
- Ability to work on the platform side for enterprise networking appliances
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Fluency in English at a B2+ level
