Responsibilities

• Setup and customize Adobe Analytics for effective tracking and insights
• Implement Adobe Target in coordination with Adobe Analytics
• Connect Adobe tools with other third-party platforms as required
• Track user interactions and custom events on AEM templates
• Configure Adobe Workfront and Fusion to manage content workflows efficiently
• Ensure proper testing and quality assurance of analytics implementations
• Monitor performance of tracking setups and make adjustments for optimization
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations and setups
• Provide training and support to internal teams on Adobe analytics tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, and Adobe JO implementation and reporting
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS
• Experience with third-party platform integrations
• Knowledge in Adobe Target for personalization and A/B testing
• Familiarity with Adobe Launch for tag management
• Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for managing sites and assets
• Competency in Adobe Workfront and Fusion for content workflow management
• Proven track record of managing large-scale website migrations to Adobe Cloud
• Experience in consolidating multiple domains into a single domain
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to train and support internal teams on new technologies

Nice to have

• Certifications in Adobe Analytics or other Adobe Experience Cloud products
• Prior experience in a senior analyst role managing complex web ecosystems
