Lead Full-Stack Java Developer (Angular) Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Java Developer with over 5 years of experience and 3 years in a leadership role to take technical ownership of J2EE applications.
The successful candidate will support and ensure efficient product features and functionality performance. Additionally, we aim to modernize our existing Struts/JSP applications to Spring Boot and Angular, where the Lead Developer will be expected to take charge and provide expert guidance.

Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of J2EE applications
- Support and ensure efficient performance of product features and functionality
- Lead the modernization of Struts/JSP applications to Spring Boot and Angular
- Provide guidance and direction to development teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth
- Participate in Pager Duty, including weekends once a month
- Work until 12 PM CT to accommodate shifted hours for the project
Requirements
- Possession of more than five years of experience in the meticulous design, development, and testing of software
- A minimum of three years' experience leading software development teams is essential
- Proven ability as a self-starter with a proactive approach towards project management
- Demonstrated expertise in critical analysis and complex troubleshooting methodologies
- Recent active engagement with necessary technologies within the past year is mandatory
- Robust Java development capabilities are required
- Comprehensive working knowledge of the Spring framework is necessary
- Proficiency in creating and managing Stored Procedures with MSSQL is required
- Prior experience in successfully modernizing Java applications, specifically transitioning from Struts/JSP to Spring Boot and Angular 14.2.1, is crucial
- Capability to align business domain requirements with technical implementations
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

- Experience or familiarity with RETS dataset
- Background in the real estate industry
