Senior SAP Ariba Consultant Description
We are seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant with experience in Guided Buying to join our team at EPAM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Ariba Guided Buying tool and providing Business Analytics Consulting to support the project's development.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of the Ariba Guided Buying solution.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Ariba Guided Buying tool
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Ariba with S/4 HANA
- Provide business analytics and insights to enhance the effectiveness of the Ariba solution
- Organize and support the supplier onboarding process
- Manage the P2P process and ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop and maintain project documentation and training materials
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Ariba Guided Buying
- Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in SAP Ariba solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in implementing ARIBA Guided Buying
- Experience working with the API of Ariba and integration with S/4 HANA
- Good understanding of the P2P process
- Knowledge of P2P solutions
- Proven ability to organize and support the supplier onboarding process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Fluent English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- SAP Ariba certification
- Experience in project management
