Responsibilities
- Ensure staff availability and on-time project delivery
- Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of innovation hub projects
- Work with cross-functional teams to define scopes, objectives, and timelines
- Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Serve as a key point of contact to ensure alignment with business goals
- Identify potential risks and obstacles, devise and implement effective contingency plans
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates
- Evaluate project outcomes to gather lessons learned and disseminate best practices
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data and intellectual property protection
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Ability to effectively plan, estimate and manage project finances
- Capability to coach, mentor, and support team members in resolving complex issues
- Competency in stakeholder and team management
- Strong English language skills (C1 proficiency)
