Senior Webmaster (Content Management) Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Webmaster to become a part of our remote team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our SharePoint and Umbraco content management platforms.

The primary role will involve publishing new content as per request, while simultaneously ensuring that our stringent confidentiality procedures are adhered to. The role also includes responsibilities such as supporting intranet users, testing new features developed by the team, and ensuring smooth handover between team members to ensure 24-hour service across all locations. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can handle impromptu requests and perform well under pressure.


  • Compliance with confidentiality procedures during the publication of new content upon request
  • Provision of support to intranet users and prompt resolution of their issues
  • Testing of new features developed by the team and providing feedback to improve the quality of the content management platforms
  • Ensuring smooth handover between team members to maintain 24-hour service across all locations
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify issues, and optimize the content management platforms
  • Proactive identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the content management processes


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Content Management, with expertise in SharePoint and Umbraco platforms
  • Experience in managing complex web pages with sensitive content and adherence to strict procedures in content publishing
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English, with advanced communication skills (C1) for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders

  • Experience in managing multilingual websites
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
