Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and collaborate with company’s shared services to ensure quality staffing, including Workforce Planning Management, Centralized Staffing, Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, and Competency Centers
  • Maintain constant communication with Delivery Managers to stay updated on organizational headcount changes such as ramp-ups/ramp-downs and new project kick-offs
  • Support the organization’s bench targets
  • Execute smart staffing strategies to achieve the “first time right” ideal match of required technical and soft skills
  • Staff new opportunities, from pre-staffing cases to project kick-offs, and manage new positions in existing projects during ramp-ups or back-filling during rotations/leaves
  • Assist in retaining organizational knowledge by planning rotations of key personnel between projects
  • Conduct succession planning for key personnel
  • Lead staffing initiatives for special projects
  • Monitor main Staffing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT, with staffing experience being a plus
  • Solid understanding of Staffing as a function
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English (C1 or above)
  • Good grasp of IT processes and key roles
  • Ability to adhere to staffing processes and integrate new tools into daily operations
  • Capable of providing timely reports and basic information to all stakeholders
  • Comfortable handling confidential data and instilling trust regarding confidentiality
  • Highly responsive, able to manage difficult negotiations, and work under pressure with composure
  • Resourceful, critical thinker, and problem solver
  • Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency, coupled with a friendly, diplomatic demeanor
