Personnel Officer / Operations Advisor Description
You will contribute to ensuring that the organization runs smoothly, work independently on creating and defining operational processes and collaborate with the team on continuous improvements.

What You’ll Do
- Administrate personnel documentation in compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate remote and in-person onboarding for new employees, including employment verifications and documentation archiving
- Handle offboarding procedures
- Consult and support on personnel administration matters
- Drive internal process development and propose improvements
- Manage immigration related cases for employees
- Participate in HR audit preparations
- Collaborate with colleagues on HR-related tasks
- Assist the Accounting team in monthly report closures
- Plan and coordinate health and safety procedures
What You Have
- 3+ years of experience in people operations management and advisory roles
- Proficiency in employment-related document workflows
- Solid knowledge of Lithuanian labor law
- Competency in onboarding and offboarding administration
- Flexibility to use new tools and make decisions on new procedures
- Showcase of cross-cultural sensitivity and cultural awareness
- B2 English and C1+ Lithuanian
