We are in search of an experienced Trainer to join our team and lead enterprise-level training on a project related to Salesforce CRM.

Project Details:
- Work Nature: Engaging in Business Consulting, where your insights will drive strategic decisions.
- Delivery Approach: Embracing a Classic Agile methodology to ensure flexibility and adaptability.
- Environment Control: Collaborating directly with the client to understand their unique requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.


As a vital part of our Salesforce CRM project, you will be at the forefront of transforming how our clients harness the power of Salesforce. You will have the autonomy to design, develop, and deliver training materials that empower individuals to leverage Salesforce effectively.

Your empathy and patience will shine as you guide teams through the learning process. Operating during regular business hours (9 am - 6 pm), you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our projects and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform the development of tailored training programs
  • Training Plan: Define target audiences, training methods, required resources, and scheduling to ensure effective training initiatives
  • Training Content: Create engaging and effective training materials, presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules aligned with project objectives
  • Training Delivery Methods: Select and implement appropriate training methods, such as classroom-style, virtual sessions, on-the-job training, and workshops
  • Training Facilitation Guides: Develop detailed facilitation guides to ensure consistency and effectiveness in delivering training content
  • Training Evaluation Criteria: Establish pre- and post-training assessments, knowledge checks, skills demonstrations, and feedback mechanisms to measure training outcomes
  • Training Materials and Resources: Prepare participant manuals, handouts, presentations, and other accessible training materials
  • Training Implementation Schedule: Communicate session/module dates, times, and locations in advance to facilitate participant preparation
  • Training Support and Follow-up: Provide ongoing support, coaching, and access to subject matter experts to reinforce training outcomes
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): Compile a document addressing common concerns and providing clarity to stakeholders
  • Training Sessions: Deliver dry runs and training sessions to ensure the effectiveness of the training content
