We are looking for a Business Analyst in Thailand, who has 3 years or more experience in business analysis and project management. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and focus on evaluating business processes to support the delivery of projects timely and successfully.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze data, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals specific to the insurance industry
- Develop project plans and track progress to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct research and evaluate solutions to address business needs within the insurance industry
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and properly executed
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and project plans
- Perform knowledge transfer to support team
What You Have
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and project management within the insurance industry or FS
- Strong knowledge of insurance terminology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello)
- Familiarity with MySQL and data analysis preferred
- Moto insurance experience
- Thai and English speaking required
