We are looking for a Business Analyst in Thailand, who has 3 years or more experience in business analysis and project management. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and focus on evaluating business processes to support the delivery of projects timely and successfully.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze data, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals specific to the insurance industry
  • Develop project plans and track progress to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Conduct research and evaluate solutions to address business needs within the insurance industry
  • Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and properly executed
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and project plans
  • Perform knowledge transfer to support team

What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and project management within the insurance industry or FS
  • Strong knowledge of insurance terminology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello)
  • Familiarity with MySQL and data analysis preferred
  • Moto insurance experience
  • Thai and English speaking required
