For our Client, one of the largest investment banks in the world, we're looking for a Senior/Lead Java Developer with C++. The role includes a hybrid mode of work, with 2-3 days a week of performing tasks from the Kraków office.

You will collaborate closely with our Client's Investment Portfolio Management team, responsible for a wide array of applications spanning Repo Trading, Inventory Management, Collateral Optimization, and Transfer Pricing.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing IT applications to meet both the current and future requirements of our Client's operations. You will collaborate closely with our Client's Investment Portfolio Management team, responsible for a wide array of applications spanning Repo Trading, Inventory Management, Collateral Optimization, and Transfer Pricing.
What You’ll Do
- Execute complex technical tasks using Java and C++ independently
- Adhere to software engineering best practices
- Use automation for efficient solution delivery
- Work effectively with technical and non-technical team members in agile settings
- Demonstrate ownership and responsibility in all development stages, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and code management
What You Have
- Java Full Stack Development / C++ proficiency
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience using CI/CD tools such as Gitlab for version control
- Onsite work commitment in accordance with office schedule
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is an advantage
