We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with solid AWS experience to join our Thailand team. As a key member, you will take on full-stack development using Boomi to accelerate data onboarding, support new use cases, and deliver exceptional data quality. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to work 100% remotely, allowing you to connect and collaborate with talented IT professionals from EPAM globally.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable and efficient Java-based solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts
- Work with various Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) tools to effectively manage data
- Demonstrate expertise in debugging and profiling Java applications to identify and resolve issues
- Engage in cross-platform software development to ensure compatibility across different systems
- Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the reliability and quality of applications
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of various design patterns and exceptional problem-solving skills
What You Have
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Hibernate
- Strong experience in EC2, ECS, Lambda, Elasticsearch, Dynamo DB, S3, Route 53, API Gateway, Load Balancers (ELB, ALB)
- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile Scrum processes
- Familiarity with JIRA, GitHub/Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Confluence, Fiddler and WireShark
- Experience in REST APIs, JSON, GIT repository, Code Pipeline and Code Deploy
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with an analytical mind, a get-things-done attitude and a passion for engineering excellence
- Familiarity with the Boomi Platform for integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Experience with Jenkins and Terraform for automated build and deployment
