What You’ll Do
- Align the design of the marketing cloud with the intended marketing business functions and capabilities
- Contribute significantly to the successful design and delivery of Salesforce implementations across the EMEA and US geography
- Assist clients in optimizing marketing automation using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Specify, design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
What You Have
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ability to utilize Salesforce APIs for integrating Salesforce with other tools and third-party applications
- Proficiency in key Salesforce core programming languages, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, and RestAPIs
- Strong understanding of workflow, process builder, and flows
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques within Salesforce
- Knowledge of CRM Sales and Customer Service functionality and integrations with external systems
- Expertise in the Security Model within Salesforce
- Understanding of SaaS data models, design considerations, and connected web services
- Experience with Data Migration in Salesforce
- Proficiency in key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies and single sign-on
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and comfort with working independently
- Ability to manage heavy workloads and projects, many of which may be time-sensitive, while still maintaining a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
