We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with Appian experience to design the architecture of multiple medium-to-large scale solutions. Join our team in Lithuania to bring the innovation, grow as a T-shaped specialist and widen your expertise in a diverse multinational team.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Lithuania.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in the full cycle of pre-sale activities
- Identify solution requirements and scenarios for the future solution together with the client
- Implement solutions from establishing project requirements and goals to stage "go-live"
- Lead the team in designing and hands-on coding mission’s critical components, prototypes, PoC
- Participate in design to deployment related activities, guidance implementation
- Maintain the security of all system applications
- Participate in non-project activities, including knowledge sharing and elaborating best practices according to modern industry trends
What You Have
- Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation on technical specifications and solution architecture
- Proficiency with process & development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative)
- Knowledge of OOP concepts and hands-on experience in design patterns
- Experience in strategic frameworks like Customer Service, Decisioning and Marketing
- Background in design and implementation of external services integrations (using REST, SOAP and/or ESB)
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- RDBMS experience, one of: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- English level B2 or higher
