We are searching for a highly skilled CPI Engineer to join our global team and play a pivotal role in delivering SuccessFactors solutions within our solutions within our customer's global bank entities. As a CPI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our current functionalities and ensuring seamless integration points for the SuccessFactors project. This is an opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Poland.

What You’ll Do
- Supporting and developing existing and new integration points for the SuccessFactors project
- Defining the strategy for future integration solutions, keeping in mind business requirements
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and complete configurations or integrations with SuccessFactors
- Providing support and streamlining data consolidation processes
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the technical architecture and building integrations with mapping fields end-to-end
What You Have
- 4+ years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center
- Strong technical expertise in SAP CPI and Integration Center with at least 2 years of experience using SuccessFactors API, including Compound Employee and Employee Central (EC) for building custom interfaces
- Experience with full lifecycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Hands-on experience in building end-to-end integrations with custom iFlows
- Strong expertise with Groovy scripts and XSLT
- Good working knowledge of protocols such as SOAP, IDOC, SFTP, REST, SMTP, ODATA, OAuth, mTLS, etc
- Ability to implement and maintain custom solutions independently
- Experience working in a multi-location organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desirable: Project management experience and knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle
Nice to have
- Additional certifications or training in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules or related SAP technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
