Responsibilities
- Lead a team of UX designers to create top-notch user experiences that stand out
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand what users need and their pain points
- Develop UX design solutions that meet user needs and align with business goals
- Build design systems from scratch, ensuring seamless service and product design
- Create and maintain design systems for consistency and usability across products
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure UX goals align with business goals
- Mentor and develop junior UX designers, supporting their growth
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends and best practices to enhance your skills
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in UX design, specializing in product design
- Proficient in facilitating smooth handoff and implementation processes
- Accountable for collaborating with the development team, overseeing implementation, and ensuring post-delivery maintenance
- Extensive expertise in working with design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating design concepts and gathering feedback
- Proven track record in leading and managing design teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling clear articulation of design concepts and ideas
- Adaptable to both independent work and collaborative team environments
- Thrives under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality work within challenging deadlines
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 European Framework), facilitating effective communication in international contexts
Nice to have
- Master's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
