Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the position is managing the delivery of multiple complex end-to-end digital transformation projects across various clients in the region
- Define project schedules, manage activities, determine team priorities, and drive the resolution of issues and defects; ensure assigned projects are completed on time and up to the client’s expectations
- Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and communicate project risks to clients and senior management
- Analyze application requirements provided by the client in order to understand the application vision and support the project team from a functional perspective
- Participate in overall project design, manage product life cycle processes and procedures to ensure the project meets financial, business, and schedule goals, and is completed on time
- Work with developers to interpret requirements, supervise the development process, ensure work and quality meet the client’s expectations, and review final deliverables
- Ensure all product deliverables satisfy the client (architecture, design documents, test cases, etc.)
- Perform technical/functional review and analysis, prepare internal and external documentation, and work closely with the client to drive project results
Requirements
- Project management experience: project phases, risk management & tracking, status reporting
- Quality assurance driven, with strong customer-centric focus
- Extensive experience with planning & estimations, high level, and detailed roadmaps
- Understanding and practical experience with different frameworks
- Experience building cross-functional multi-skilled teams
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and all deliverables in all different phases
- Good understanding of testing phases including Unit Test, SIT, and UAT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English at B2+ level
- Waterfall frameworks, Scaled Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- DevOps understanding
- Metrics: KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, P&L
Nice to have
- Reactive programming, experience with ReactiveX
- Knowledge of Python, Scala, Go programming languages
- Experience with one of the reporting tools: JasperReports, DynamicReports, QlikView, etc
