We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (Compensation) to extend our professional team in Belarus. You will participate in managing employees’ compensation data inside the company.

What You’ll Do
- Process requests from managers related to the compensation data
- Create reports from accounting with compensation information for payments
- Prepare analytical reports for compensation structure, budgets vs. spending, etc
- Identify and develop opportunities for reports and process improvements
What You Have
- Higher education
- 3+ years of experience in financial analytics or accounting
- Knowledge of Excel (including formulas and pivots); VBA would be an asset
- English level – Upper-Intermediate and higher
