We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have experience in data software engineering, data analytics engineering, data modelling, and Python. The Data Engineer will be responsible for developing, constructing, testing, and maintaining high-performance data architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data pipelines and workflows using Python
- Perform data modeling and design for efficient and scalable storage and retrieval of large datasets
- Create and maintain data warehouses and data marts
- Develop performant and accurate data analytics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs
- Continuously improve data processing and analysis by exploring emerging technologies and techniques
Requirements
- Data analytics engineering, data modeling, and Python
- Data modeling
- PySpark experience
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Professional/Fluent level in English, Dutch is nice to have
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
