As a Product Manager at EPAM Vietnam, you are the one who will draw the product’s vision and carry it out effectively at every stage of the product life cycle while ensuring the target of revenue and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do
- Lead the local brand / digital team on the marketing automation journey with local product owner to deliver value and capability
- From BU perspective lead the roll-out communication and education and adoption of platform/features/integration (lead generation, eCommerce & retention) within the local brand teams
- Further build our Marketing Automation roadmap and rapidly increase adoption of Marketing Automation in local markets and develop and deliver training to continuously improve them
- Drive business value for all initiatives by evaluating ideas from the markets against customers’ needs and business goals and prioritizing user stories accordingly
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog and together with DevOps (on- and offshore) deliver new functionality and fixes with Agile way of working
- Listen to the “voice of the business” by collating change requests related to Marketing Cloud
- Help to shape KPI dashboard for local markets to further embed adoption and drive performance
What You Have
- Experience of 10+ years as a Product Manager with Pharma background in commercial marketing environment
- Strong B2B knowledge and Omnichannel / Marketing Automation environment
- Good knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform, CRM, Google Analytics etc
- Strong knowledge on Product / Agile ways of work
- Strong knowledge of Japan culture, business ethics and style of working
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
- Native or Fluent Japanese (N1 JPTL) communication
