Payroll Accountant Tbilisi, Georgia or Remote

What You’ll Do

• Provide payroll and other compensation calculations including sick leaves, vacation, dismissals, bonuses, gifts, and taxes
• Prepare separate payroll reconciliation report according to the existing rules in the company (SOX control) 
• Register transactions in the accounting software
• Collect accounting documentation in compliance with internal requirements and legislation
• Manage bank payment documents (including Internet banking system)
• Prepare tax declarations, statistical and other reports
• Release supporting documents for internal and external auditors
• Improve internal company policies and automate the existing processes. 

What You Have

• Finance or Accounting background
• 3+ years of experience in the accounting system for legal entity 250+ employees
• Proficiency in 1C, Excel, client bank system
• Knowledge of English, Russian, and Georgian languages  
• Familiarity with Labor and Tax code requirements
• Experience in automation with examples
