We are looking for talented BI Analysts to extend our team of professionals who can help our customers achieve their digital transformation through data in a variety of industries.
What You’ll Do
- Perform data discovery, data assessment, and data profiling
- Prototype business needs and validates prototypes with business stakeholder before sending to mass production using mockuping/prototyping/data visualization tools
- Plan and execute elicitation/discovery activities to engage both business and IT stakeholders
- Design and drive stakeholder workshops/interviews to define and prioritize their business needs
- Translate business needs into requirements and work with the delivery team through the entire project lifecycle (overseeing developments and acting as a Product Owner / Business Analyst )
- Work in collaboration with customer stakeholders/delivery management / technical leads in the design phase of the data products that should address the business needs
What You Have
- 2+ years experience in working in the data domain on data and analytical projects / 2+ years experience in working with requirements on BI / Data / Analytical projects (gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.)
- Good ability to translate business needs into data requirements (incl. proficiency in validating and visualizing data requirements to customer)
- Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery as part of the team (for example data visualization / reporting / BI, advanced analytics solutions) utilizing Agile and waterfall app
- Ability to use modern data visualization tools for visualizing and prototyping business needs
- Experience in working with data profiling, data discovery tools, using industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced/fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience in prototyping data solutions
- Industry expertise (Finance / Insurance / Oil and Gas / Supply Chain / Marketing)
- Experience in acting as Product Owner / Data Product Owner roles on analytical projects
- Development expertise in building data visualizations using Tableau / Power BI / any modern data visualization tool
- Experience running on-site customer workshops
- Experience in working with data on the cloud on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
