The growth we are experiencing is driving the need for talented CIO Advisory and Technology consultants to deliver value for EPAM clients. This is not the average consulting leadership role, EPAM’s CIO and Technology Advisory team is like a technology consulting startup with impeccable engineering credibility at the world’s most well-known brands!
What You’ll Do
- CIO and Technology Advisory Practice:
- Partner with EPAM colleagues to deliver CIO Advisory and Technology offerings
- Develop and establish themselves as a thought leader on the CIO’s agenda, emerging technologies and complex transformations programs
- Proactively expand existing and develop new expertise, remaining up to date on trends, best practices and trends across the relevant technology
- Deliver Value for EPAM Clients:
- Advise and enable client technology leaders to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process, technology and product mindset approaches to business alignment, technology strategy and delivery
- Ability to set and drive direction on existing, new, and emerging technologies to evolving business and operating models
- Lead and delivery complex multi-stream transformative consulting engagements, inclusive of creating detailed project work plans, managing activities and deliverables and providing feedback to team members and to client stakeholders
- Architect and Sell Value-Added Solutions:
- Work with sales and account management leadership to target clients with high potential to benefit from CIO & Technology Advisory Services and broader Business Consulting offerings
- Engage with clients to understand their strategic challenge(s) and architect viable and value-added solutions that result in measurable business benefit
- Identify additional opportunities to provide value-added services and work with sales and account management to capitalize on these opportunities
What You Have
- IT/Technology Leadership – Experience in leading and managing multi-stream complex IT departments, technology-based programs/projects as a leader and/or as an external consultant with a good grasp of the expectations of and challenges faced by our client’s technology leaders daily
- Consulting Organization Leadership – Experience leading and growing consultative teams and/or programs either within an organization as an IT/Technology leader or as an external consultant
- Business & Technology Acumen - Understanding of technologies with the ability to use them to formulate solutions in the enterprise business context
- EA Solutioning Experience – Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience architecting People, Process and Technology solutions across multiple domains based on client needs
- Technology Services Sales Experience – Experience leading and supporting sales pursuits in an environment comprised of a dedicated sales team, account relationship owners and delivery teams
- Passion for continuous learning
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a technology consulting, transformation program or relatable environment
