What You Have
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in the IT industry with at least one year of development experience in any of the Object-Oriented language like. NET/Java
- Certified Automation Anywhere professional, minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere implementations
- Good knowledge of best engineering practices for Automation Anywhere implementations
- Design the custom Automation Anywhere activities/packages using C# / Java
- Experience in analyzing business processes and check suitability for Automation
- Ability to provide high-level effort estimate for a given business process
- Good SQL knowledge on any RDBMS platform (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Strong debugging skills, experience in handling Prod/UAT issues, knowledge of testing tools, and exception handling
- Good knowledge of XML, XSD, Regular Expression, XPath, JSON, understanding of RESTful API
- Good Communication and negotiation skills to interface with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-driven, and proactive
- Drive client/team discussion, resolve team issues, and handle escalations
- Ability to work at client location independently and adapt to client’s work culture
- Any certifications on any of the RPA tools (BluePrism or UiPath) would be added an advantage
- Any specific trainings are undergone earlier, OR through self-study (such as in Machine Learning, etc.) will be a plus
- Any extended knowledge in Python, VB, Delphi is nice to have
