Currently we are looking for an IT Support Engineer for our Krakow office.
DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for an IT Support Engineer for our Krakow office.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for local Hardware (PCs, thin clients, notebooks, printers, servers)
- Responsible for local Hardware maintenance and Software installation
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Server room maintenance and environment monitoring
- Maintain and update the hardware inventory
- Responsible for the network cabling
- Document the Local IT tasks
- Follow all the IT-related Work Instructions
- Follow the instructions of the direct leader
- On call service in case of emergency situation (Fire, flood, etc.) in the office
- Provide preparation for external audits
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment. On the other hand, capability of taking ownership of the tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in order to meet established deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to learn quickly
- Advanced knowledge of the IT systems and technology - at least 2 years IT experience. Good understanding of the IT infrastructure, network
- Experience with desktops, thin clients and laptop hardware
- Knowledge of Active directory, group policies
- Physical security policies and hardware/software solutions (AACS, CCTV)
- At least Intermediate level of English
Nice to have
- University diploma or similar degree
- Knowledge of HPAM, HPSM, Symantec Antivirus
- Knowledge of IT security
- Polish and Russian language
