What You’ll Do
- Manually test the new features at the end of the Sprints and prior to production release, before automating the tests
- Design and develop test automation for web services and APIs
- Maintain and optimize existing test cases
- Develop and run web performance tests
- Execute and report test results
- Collaborate with other teams who are responsible for software engineering
- Collaborate with other testing teams for knowledge sharing and technology unification
What You Have
- BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with test automation using Java
- Good Java coding skills
- Experience with Selenium and Web Services Test Automation Tools
- Experience with JMeter is a big plus
- Good understanding of Git Flow development techniques (branching, pull requests, etc.)
- Good understanding of modern Web protocols (REST, HTTP)
- Good verbal and written English skills (B2 or higher), comfortable to collaborate in English-speaking work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
