DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Budapest.
Responsibilities
- Process all incoming invoices: record, check invoices according to the local rules and company’s policies
- Handle company card transactions and employee reimbursements
- Execute and support closing activities (monthly, quarterly, year-end); Preparing assigned checklist and reconcile account balances
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns, statistical reports
- Take in part internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Other ad hoc task from Management
Requirements
- Business Administration and/ or Finance related studies
- Fluent Hungarian and Intermediate Level English is required
- Excel knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Good team player and co-operative personality
- “Can do” attitude
- Distinct flexibility and capacity to work under pressure with regard to function and time
