Application Support Engineer Description

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with effective communication skills, orientation towards problem-solving and ability to learn fast.

What You’ll Do

  • Configure the various facility areas
  • Design different Turnover Reports
  • Form users, groups, security policy
  • Build modules in applications
  • Coordinate with teams/owners managing application interfaces
  • Meeting with power users or local administrators to determine the best implementation approach
  • Review the functionality of each of the modules
  • Provide power user training
  • Provide application training to end-users
  • Demonstrate “best practice” and approaches
  • Update and manage changes to configuration for all departments

What You Have

  • Desire to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of modules to be implemented
  • Capability to work with several teams
  • Multitasking skills
  • Ability to map the requirements to the capabilities of the application
  • Good organization and presentation skills
  • English Level: B1+ or higher
  • Good communication and client-facing skills

Nice to have

  • The Kazakh language will be a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, T-SQL
  • Familiarity with application interfaces like PI, EC, JDE WO, ORD, PSS is nice to have, but not mandatory
