EPAM is looking for a MACH Digital Category Lead (DCL) to join our growing team. The DCL is responsible for driving revenue related to our MACH partner set (some examples include: commercetools, Contentstack, Contentful, and Fluent) and EPAM related services. To be successful, a DCL will have to get things done through relationships and influence. A DCL must build their platform business around making it extremely easy and attractive for salespeople and account managers to sell the DCL’s offerings.
This position requires a background in the digital arena including Content Management, Commerce and Marketing Automation, credibility in front of sales executives and C-level audiences, contract negotiations, a high level of collaboration, experience managing channel relationships, mediation skills and issue resolution.

What You’ll Do
- Drive all MACH related sales and marketing activities within EPAM
- Drive joint marketing initiatives with internal sales and marketing teams
- Serve as liaison to BUs, sales, partner, and executive teams
- Work with MACH partners to identify opportunities and joint target accounts
- Coordinate with the EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews
- Educate our MACH partners on EPAM capabilities and success stories to help stimulate partner-based lead referrals
- Serve as internal trusted advisor to our MACH partners, ensuring internal product management, and managing access to early release programs and product roadmaps
- Perform partner needs assessment to identify training courses required to ramp-up on platforms and solutions
- On occasion, deliver introductory training courses and supplementary materials (e.g. overview presentations and hands-on exercises) to illustrate platform-specific features and functionalities
- Work closely with internal trainers and content development teams to improve content and delivery for educational programs
- Make recommendations on integration strategies, and the platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement and extend Partner platforms
- Work with the assigned partner manager to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integrator
What You Have
- Extensive experience with commerce platforms and various other digital marketing solutions
- Understanding of the MACH architecture and partner ecosystem
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
- Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to our MACH partners ecosystem
- Strong presentation skills
- High energy level and ability to work independently
