The Hybris Academy – Mentoring program is our in-house training organization that allows you to learn from our senior experts, as well as other professional trainers. The program will give you the chance to acquire the right knowledge to become a professional software engineer.
What is the Hybris Academy?
WHAT IS HYBRIS?
AP Hybris is the next generation of the cloud-based CRM (customer relationship management) Suite from SAP. It is a fully digital CRM suite which integrates with SAP ERP. It has omnichannel capabilities (you can contact customers via all touch points like phone, email, online web-shop, instore etc for a 360-degree customer view). It mainly has the sales, service, marketing, analytical capabilities and many more functionalities which can address the CRM shortcomings present in traditional CRM systems.
It is a Platform based on JAVA and has a big technology stack. The architecture of SAP Hybris Commerce is flexible and modular. At its foundation is the Hybris Platform which makes up the core functionality upon which all other functionality is built. SAP Hybris Commerce is divided into individual packages, such as Commerce, Content, Channel, and Orders.

Hybris Commerce contains several layers, each of which has a different function and data abstraction level.
CANIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of Java language, (ideally Spring and MVC)
- English level – B2 (spoken and written)
- Full-time, in person availability (40 hours per week)
CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCESS
- Complete an online, 90 minutes Java test (you will have three working days to complete the test)
- General, in-person interview with recruiter dedicated to selected candidates
- Technical and Manager Interview
Selected candidates will be hired at EPAM as Junior Java Developers on a full-time employment contract. The salary will be adjusted based on your experience and technical evaluation results. You will also be paid during the training period.
