WHAT IS QUALITY ASSURANCE AUTOMATION ACADEMY?
The EPAM QAA Academy Mentoring Program is an in-house organized training that allows you to learn Java language and libraries and testing - approaches, libraries and skills - at your own pace, with a mentor's help available in case you get stuck. Be warned: learning will be hands-on!
This program is an excellent opportunity to sharpen the knowledge and skills a professional Software Test Automation Engineer needs in their day-to-day work.

QAA ACADEMY Candidate Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Java and testing
- English level – B2+ (spoken and written)
- Full-time, in-person availability (40 hours per week)
- Commercial experience in IT development projects
- Programming tools
Candidate Selection Process
- Complete an online test (90 minutes; you will have three working days to complete this test)
- Technical interview
- General, in-person interview with recruiter – for select candidates only

- A final, solo project
Select candidates will be hired at EPAM as Software Test Automation Engineer on a full-time employment contract. Salary will be based on your experience and technical evaluation results. You will also be paid during the training period.
As an EPAM Software Test Automation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to interact with skilled engineers worldwide, get acquainted with various industries and domains and work with modern technologies.
