Responsibilities
- Design functional, integration, and acceptance tests
- Develop automated tests for regression, functional, and smoke testing
- Integrate testing phases seamlessly into the DevOps pipeline
- Diagnose and address system irregularities promptly
- Conduct automation testing for backend infrastructures
- Document defects and prepare comprehensive reports
- Organize and manage test data and environments efficiently
- Handle version control for test scripts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance experience, including at least 2 years focused on test automation development
- Proficiency in Gradle, Groovy, Java, Selenium, and Serenity BDD
- Background in developing and maintaining automation scripts
- Capability to create testing frameworks from scratch
- Knowledge of white box testing and mocking techniques
- Expertise in agile methodologies with strong analytical skills
- Skills in functional, integration, and regression testing
- Familiarity with creating unit tests for edge cases, usability, and reliability
- Understanding of manual testing procedures
- Qualifications in incorporating testing strategies into CI/CD pipelines
- Competency in documentation and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
Nice to have
- Previous background in CI/CD methodologies
- Familiarity with GitHub
- Understanding of Kubernetes
