EPAM is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join the existing mixed delivery teams aligned to one of our Semiconductor clients in. You will be focused on building Architecture and Design ESM
where we enhance our ability to leverage ServiceNow capabilities at scale, reduce platform sprawl in the organization, increase Customer Satisfaction, and drive Automation.
You will be required to be on client site in Eindhoven 2-3 days a week and must be a fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities
- Architect & Design ESM
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and design solutions that meet their requirements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow and ESM trends and technologies
- Work with other teams to elaborate on ServiceNow integration with other systems and processes
- Provide technical support to developers from architectural standpoint
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management/ Help desk and IT Ops platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL and other ITSM frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English: B2+
