We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration Consultant to join our global team and contribute to the success of our ongoing projects. As a Data Migration Consultant, you will work independently, collaborating with various teams to deliver efficient solutions within our solutions within our customer's global bank entities. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing current functionalities and ensuring the seamless migration of data.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Global process owners, Data Validation teams, and project team members. Together, we will analyze and assess data migration requirements, identify inconsistencies and errors, and implement effective solutions. You will contribute to creating and managing source-to-target data mapping and migration, working with HR business partners, technology experts, and implementation partners. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR teams to develop data cleanse plans, resolve data quality issues, and ensure accurate data representation in SuccessFactors.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Global process owners, Data Validation teams, and Project team members for data migration analysis, assessment, and error identification
  • Perform source system data analysis and create/manage source-to-target data mapping and migration
  • Validate data usage requirements and field identification with the project team
  • Define mapping rules and transformations for each data set, working with HR Data and Analytics team, HR Ops, HRIS, and technology experts
  • Prepare data cleanse plan and resolve inconsistencies, data quality issues, and errors in HR records
  • Prepare data sets / files for loading and track load issues for resolution
  • Support Data Validation teams to ensure accurate reflection of cleansed data in Success Factors
  • Develop data migration plan and maintain Run Book (tracker) and Data object dependency map
  • Raise and analyze change requests impacting data migration
  • Obtain end-user approval at various stages of the migration process
  • Manage and handle all data securely

What You Have

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Previous Human Resources data migration experience
  • Ideally 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors cloud data migration projects
  • Experience with data cleansing, reconciliation, and migration principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and perseverance in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work autonomously and coordinate activities in an evolving, agile environment
  • SAP Success Factors Specialist/Professional Certified (preferred)
  • Experience with multi-location project delivery teams (preferred)
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to drive innovation

Nice to have

  • Experience in other relevant HR systems or data migration projects
  • Knowledge of additional data migration tools and technologies
  • Understanding of data governance and data privacy regulations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry
