Responsibilities
- Lead with vision and strategy as a key player in the management team
- Seize new business opportunities and propel our company forward
- Be the go-to person for all EPAM delivery-related matters
- Masterfully manage personnel, conflict resolution, staffing, and employee rotations
- Collaborate with fellow leaders to champion program success
- Support Scrum Masters and Tech Leads, ensuring seamless continuity during their absence
- Expertly manage and monitor delivery schedules and milestones
- Encourage open communication and teamwork among a diverse group of professionals
- Architect and maintain robust governance structures for large-scale, multi-stream projects
- Empower teams to make informed decisions with your guidance and support
- Tackle potential issues head-on before they escalate
- Champion transparency and maintain a crystal-clear project roadmap
- Oversee roadblock resolution and facilitate complex technical decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 5+ years in project management roles
- Excellent English language skills (C1)
- Proven experience in project and people management
- Track record of leading complex projects and managing project financials
- Familiarity with bid qualification processes
- Strong technical background with the ability to guide and influence technical decisions
- Business acumen and the ability to oversee delivery from financial, sourcing, development, and business perspectives
- Experience managing multiple delivery streams and establishing proper governance
- A solution-oriented mindset
- Skilled in stakeholder management and client communication
- Proficiency in agile methodologies
- Familiarity with full-stack development processes
- A team player with mentoring abilities
