We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce – Japanese speaking) to extend our team of professionals.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for commercial relationships and deliver end-to-end solutions with leading-edge software and digital technologies. You will be able to play a key role in shaping the practice as we continue to grow and mature.


  • Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant, to understand customer’s needs, gather and document requirements
  • Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness
  • Work and collaborate with various stakeholders and members of team, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demands
  • Work to understand the intersection between technology, customers and business to cultivate business development opportunities


  • Experience of 4+ years as a Business Analyst with a DWH background
  • Salesforce Marketing XP is a must
  • Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds: Sales, Marketing, Service, and/or Platform clouds
  • Understanding of Salesforce technology
  • End-to-end delivery experience
  • Ability to understand high-level business ideas, impact assessment and break them down (user stories) to assist with service design and delivery
  • Agile mindset, interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
  • Attention to detail, customer-oriented approach, effective listening, anticipating customer offers, and sharing customer's concerns
  • Practical experience with Data Analytics and SQL specifically - nice to have
  • Commercial IT experience is a plus (understanding of Sales, Marketing, Market Access functions, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
  • Native or Fluent Japanese (N1 JPTL) communication
