We are looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer with C# to strengthen our polish EPAM team. You can join one of our offices in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk and Katowice.
The nature of the role requires real seniority with technical expertise and change advisory about how testing is an integral part of the delivery process. This position allows interact with skilled engineers worldwide and work with modern technologies used in our projects.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop test automation frameworks for multiple application platforms
- Develop and improve automated tests without supervision
- Analyze test results and deliver clear and actionable bug reports
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines
- Handle customer communications and understand the business logic and the technical side of the application under test
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation
- Competency in test and test automation good practices
- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies
- Expertise in UI test automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Coded UI)
- Knowledge of test runners (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest)
- Ability to work in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
- Understanding of ALM tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jira, VersionOne)
- Background in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins
- Fluent in oral and written English
Nice to have
- Flexibility to use BDD tools (SpecFlow, Cucumber)
- Familiarity with Quality Architecture or Solution Architecture
