What You’ll Do

  • Create and improve products for world’s best services
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and user research activities to gather and organize findings and frame problems and needs using human-centric methodologies
  • Take part in client proposals
  • Proactively challenge the design process and team members to consistently achieve the best outcome
  • Continue to learn and develop skills and methods across UX Strategy, Design Research, IA / Interaction design, Service design, Product Development and Thought Leadership
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues and support their learning and development

What You Have

  • 5+ years relevant UX or UI design
  • 7+ completed real projects, preferably creating visual or experience design for the digital space
  • Experience in complex application / interaction experience design with thoughtful consideration of established interaction patterns
  • Experience designing wireframes, sketches, user flows and prototypes describing how users will interact with the product
  • Experience with core Design Thinking activities (user research, user testing, user interview, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of the challenges of complex web and mobile web experiences
  • Strong portfolio with UI artifacts and / or UX case studies
  • Experience in full product development cycle: from research to launch
  • Solid understanding of the delivery process (Experience working in teams with software engineers, quality assurance, system engineers, architects and product managers, to solve user experience challenges)
  • Client-facing and project lead experience
  • Ability to present and advocate design decisions
  • Advanced English Level (B2+)

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools like PEGA, UiPath, Workfusion, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience with Test Automation tools
  • Test automation experience
  • Experience testing or / and deploying Big Data, non-relational solutions
  • Experience in DB and ETL testing
