Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and coach a team of Talent Marketing Specialists
- Develop, lead, and execute the talent marketing strategy for the U.S. and Canada
- Build strategic integrated marketing plans
- Develop innovative campaigns and assets to support key messaging
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition teams/leaders to ensure alignment to Talent outcomes (joiner volume, skills proficiency, delivery cost, candidate experience, location strategy)
- Actively participate in the global talent marketing community of practice
- Work with our employee engagement teams to ensure alignment between internal employee programs and messages and our approach to the external talent marketplace
- Partner with our corporate brand marketing, diversity and inclusion, and internal communications teams to craft and effectively execute campaigns and design concepts
- Define and track measures of success to effectively measure TA Marketing ROI and business impact
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and provide hands-on troubleshooting and best available solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing or related consulting
- 5+ years’ experience leading, mentoring and coaching a team of specialists
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field to Marketing and Communications
- Deep understanding of modern digital platforms and channels including mobile, social and events
- Hands-on experience working with metrics and data to tell a story and drive results
- Ability to work with, collaborate, and manage internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate versatility, conviction, and a commitment to outstanding client service
- Must be results driven and detail-oriented and be able to juggle multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines
- Experience with journey mapping and service design is preferred
- Agency background with storytelling and influencer marketing experience is preferred
