We are looking for an initiative, proactive Talent Acquisition Researcher who will take care of will searching and screening candidates for a wide range of Senior and Managerial IT positions. What You’ll Do
- Create and implement complex and forward-looking sourcing strategies to attract the best talents using various channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, GitHub, Stack Overflow, local job boards, internal database, etc
- Analyze projects’ and roles’ requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
- Communicate with candidates
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to elaborate research strategy and tools
What You Have
- 6+ months of experience in IT sourcing
- Knowledge of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative search tools
- English language level – B1+ and higher, both written and spoken
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and react quickly
