Responsibilities
- Utilize digital marketing expertise and technical understanding to provide technical and strategic consultation on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform implementation and configuration
- Work with clients to gather requirements through interviews and discovery meetings, to assist in building strategies
- Validate and articulate technical and solution design alongside scoping, defining, and estimating efforts for technical implementation or updates
- Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement automated multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns
- Conduct solution testing and validation together with supporting documentation
- Advise clients in their needs related to deploying or optimizing their Salesforce Marketing Cloud application, including technical and functional design reviews, project implementation guidance and deployment best practices, assessment of current application setup and health, and answer questions on the latest Salesforce best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience, specifically aligned to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Background in digital marketing with the technical know-how in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
- Proven history working directly with clients as well as working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and defend strategic plans to a variety of audiences
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification required
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification required
