What You Have

• 2+ projects in a data solution architect or a technical team lead role with close collaboration with a customer or customer representatives
• Good knowledge of a common solution architecture theory: solution architecture styles, principles and patterns, stakeholder analysis method, quality attribute workshop, etc
• Good understanding of and experience with 1 or 2 relevant data management domains: data modelling, data quality, reference & MDM, data security, data integration & interoperability, data governance, data warehousing & BI
• 5+ years of practical hands-on experience in software development working with (enterprise) data platforms technologies: Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Apache Storm or other similar technologies
• Experience of solving data domain related problems with public cloud services and tools: AWS, Azure or GCP
• Good knowledge of SQL with a practical experience of working with structured and semi-structured data within relational databases
• Good understanding of architectural principles and use-cases of non-relational databases
• Experience of working with business cases, performing investment-benefit, tradeoff and cost estimation analyses
• Experience with the full life cycle of Agile software development processes, approaches and methods (SCRUM, XP, Kanban, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience of participating in pre-sales and technical consulting activities with exposure to customers
• 1+ active vendor technology certificate or recently passed technology training completion certificate(s) in a data domain related technology stack (Collibra, Informatica, AWS/Azure/GCP services and tools, etc.)
• Certification from one of the world-class architecture certification vendors (SEI, IASA, etc.)
• 1+ mentored engineers of the senior or lead levels in the corresponding discipline(s)
